We have a house in the Historic Kenwood area of St Petersburg with street and alley access. Historic Kenwood is a unique area with loads of charm and character with all the finer things that St Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area has to offer. This is on a tree-lined street in a friendly, diverse neighborhood.
This St Petersburg home is two blocks from the up and coming Grand Central District, 2 minutes to the Interstate 275 freeway or to US 19. They are 5 minutes to Downtown St Petersburg and 20 minutes from downtown Tampa. It is walkable to many other amenities, such as Saint Petersburg High School (ranked 35th in the nation by Newsweek), a health club and the main public transit station in Pinellas County.

Rent for the two bedroom, one bath house is $1125. It is shown above at the top. It has a back yard, a front yard and a garage. It is very open and airy and spacious. It is available March 13, 2006.
The utilities are not included, and it is cable ready. To move in you are required to pass a credit check, and pay first and last months rent, and a deposit. We don't currently work with the Section 8 program. Pets may be OK, depending on the pet. And the pet's owner.

It is about 20 blocks from there. I wouldn't walk there especially in Summer, but you could drive it in 5 minutes.
